Grilled Potato Salad

Ingredients
2 lbs red potatoes, halved
3 Tbs mayonnaise
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbs fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbs sweet pickles, chopped
2 Tbs chives, finely chopped
1 Tbs fresh dill, chopped
1 Tbs whole-grain mustard
1 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Add potatoes to a large pot of water. Bring to a boil. Cook until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to a bowl. Stir to combine. Drain the potatoes. Transfer to a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the sauce to the potatoes. Toss to coat. Heat grill to medium heat. Grill the potatoes until grill marks appear. Transfer from the grill to a bowl. Toss with remaining sauce. Chill until ready to serve.
