Crispy Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tablespoon each rice wine vinegar, peanut oil, soy sauce
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pound sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 cup snow peas
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 orange, juiced
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, minced
Directions
- In a bowl combine the marinade ingredients.
- Stir in the beef and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the snow peas for 3 to 4 minutes and set aside.
- In another bowl combine the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Over high heat, in a wok or skillet, bring the peanut oil to almost smoking temperature.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until crispy and cooked to medium doneness for about two minutes.
- Add the garlic, onions and snow peas and stir to combine.
- Add the sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Let the sauce reduce and thicken slightly for about a minute. Serve over ice. Serves four.
