Watermelon Sangria

Ingredients
4 cups cubed seedless watermelon, divided
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
2 Tbs fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup orange liqueur
1/2 cup brandy
1 bottle rosé wine
1 bottle sparkling wine
1 cup raspberries
Directions
- Puree 3 cups of watermelon. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Add the liquid to a large container. Add lemon and lime slices, mint, orange liqueur and brandy. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, add the bottles of wine, remaining watermelon cubes and raspberries. Serve over ice. Garnish with additional mint and watermelon, if desired.
