Ingredients
1 (10 count) pkg hot dogs
1 PillsburyTM Crescent Dough Sheet
1/4 cup baking soda
1 egg
2 Tbs water
coarse sea salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut hot dogs in half. Unroll the dough sheet so that the long side is closest to you. Cut across the middle horizontally. Cut each half into 10 equal-sized pieces. 

Take a section of dough, and wrap it around a hot dog piece. Tuck the end of the dough under the layers of dough. Repeat with remaining hot dogs. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add baking soda. Place 3 wrapped dogs in the water for about 20 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon. Transfer to baking sheet. Repeat until all pretzel dogs are boiled. 

Combine egg and water; mix well. Brush pretzel dogs with egg wash. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 minutes or until dark golden-brown.
