2 oz Brookshire’s Frozen Strawberries
1.5 oz light rum
1 oz coconut rum
2 oz sweetened cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
4 oz frozen mango
1 cup ice
Directions
- In a blender, add the strawberries, light rum and coconut rum. Blend until well-combined. Pour the mixture into your favorite summer glass, and set aside.
- Rinse out the blender. Add the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, frozen mango and ice to the blender. Blend until well-combined.
- Slowly pour the mango mixture over the strawberry mixture. Garnish as desired.
