1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbs McCormick Barbecue Seasoning
4 sandwich buns
dill pickles, lettuce, tomato and onion, for serving
Directions
  1. Place chicken breasts in foil-lined 9 x 13 baking pan. In a blender, add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and cayenne. Pulse to combine. Reserve 3/4 cup sauce. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Sprinkle chicken with barbecue seasoning on both sides. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. 
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F.  Place the chicken in the oven, still in marinade. Turn chicken top-side down. After 15 minutes, flip the chicken. Roast for a total of 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve chicken on buns with toppings and extra sauce on the side.
