Ingredients
1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz silver tequila
1 oz triple sec
3 oz pink champagne or sparkling wine
Directions
- Combine lime juice, tequila and triple sec. Shake well, and pour into a glass. Top with champagne.
- Tip: Rim the glass with sugar or salt. Add lime juice to a shallow plate or bowl. Add salt or sugar to another plate. Flip glass into lime juice, and then into the salt or sugar. Twist until edge is coated. Fill glass with ice.
- Tip: If you like a sweeter margarita, you can add simple syrup or superfine sugar to your margarita, to taste.
