How much does the FRESH by Brookshire’s App cost?
It’s free.

What device do I need to get the FRESH by Brookshire’s App?
Any iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch running iOS 7.0 or greater, or any Android phone running 2.3.3 or greater.

How do I add items to my shopping list?
Items can be added from FRESH Picks of the Week, Recipes and by Scanning a product barcode.

  • For FRESH Picks of the Week, choose a weekly circular to view. Swipe to view the next page, pinch and pull to zoom, tap to view items. Tap “Add to List”.
  • For Recipes, choose a category; scroll up and down until you find what you want. Tap the recipe for a list of ingredients. Tap “Add to List” next to the ingredient you want to add or tap “Add All Ingredients to List” to add all ingredients in the recipe to your shopping list.
  • To Scan a Barcode, tap the scan barcode icon at the top of the screen or choose Scan to List from the slide out menu. Point your camera at the barcode of the product you wish to scan. The product will automatically be added to your list.

How do I add items not on special to my shopping list?
From any screen, locate and tap the “+” icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. From there, you will be able to add any item. If you choose, you can put it in a category so it is organized by aisle.

How do I sync my shopping list on my FRESH by Brookshire’s App with FRESHbyBrookshires.com?
You don’t have to do anything. Your shopping list is synced automatically.  Note: Items checked off from the FRESH by Brookshire’s App are not permanently removed from your shopping list until they are deleted. To delete items, tap the gear icon and there you can select to delete all items or just the items you have checked off.

What if I add sale items to my shopping list and the prices expire?
Your list will still be there, but the prices won’t be valid and won’t appear.
