Well and Good: The Finish Line

Congratulations! You’ve made it to the last week of our “Six Weeks of Well” challenge. We sincerely hope that the previous six weeks have been a FRESH start to 2013. As we move on from our challenge and onto other topics, don’t forget that our challenge to you hasn’t ended. We want you to have the tools to be the best you there is! Here are a few reminders to end out our challenge:

If you didn’t meet all your goals, that’s okay. Some goals are more challenging than they first appear. No matter how much progress you made, you made a plan and you took action to complete it. That’s success in our book! Keep at it though; once that goal is history we want you to tell us all about it!

You met your goal? Awesome! If you met or exceeded your goal during the challenge, that’s great! Now you know what you’re capable of doing! Celebrating your success will make you more likely to set and reach another goal–not that you needed permission, but celebrate away! Just don’t overdo it. The gym is calling your name tomorrow.

Pay it Forward. One of the best ways to solidify a concept in your mind is to teach it to someone else. If someone in your life is struggling to meet a goal that you’ve achieved, share your tips for success with them! Just bear in mind that not everyone is as awesome as you They may not be ready for change just yet. Share your success, but don’t expect them to do everything just like you did. Everyone’s a little different, and we all have quirky ways of achieving our goals. Clearly communicating the steps you took will help them build a framework for their own success.

Up, Up and Away! Now that you’ve got a foundation for success, the sky’s the limit! You know that success is made from hard work, planning and action. That’s a great principle that we can all apply to any area of life. So, get out there and conquer the world. Discover a FRESH new you in 2013.
