Well and Good: Progress Check

Congratulations! You’ve made it to week three of our wellness challenge. I hope that you’re feeling good about your goals and your progress in the journey to success. No matter where you are with your goals, it’s important to periodically reflect on progress.


Time Table
How are your goals coming along? Are you at a plateau? Have you gotten complacent? Periodically checking your progress will allow you to make course corrections when the changes are small. This way, you won’t have to break the donut-every-morning habit. Being honest with yourself is the key! Rationalizing your way to a bad habit won’t send you on your way to success.

Support System
The people you are surrounded by can make a big difference in your success. If you’re surrounded by people who’ve given up on their own goals, chances are you won’t succeed either. Surrounding yourself with people who’ve had the success you’re looking for will catapult you even further toward success. Don’t forget; progress is the goal!

Add Adjustments 
If you aren’t where you want to be, make adjustments! Goals aren’t set in stone and flexibility is an important quality in success. If you’re having trouble sticking to a new eating or fitness plan, try cutting back on intensity. Small progress is better than no progress at all!

Celebrate Successes!
Don’t let a chance to celebrate pass you by! Acknowledging every success, no matter how small, will help you stick to the program.As we move on to week four, focus on consistency and flexibility. Stick with the plan and don’t flake out! You’re half way there to making new habits for a FRESH healthy new year!
