Well and Good: Chocolate and Antioxidants

By now, pretty much every chocolate-lover has heard the good news: Dark chocolate is good for you.

It’s packed full of antioxidants –those compounds that help maintain a healthy heart, fight cancer, and may prevent all kinds of other diseases.

Unfortunately, the way most of us eat dark chocolate – with added fat and sugar – means we should only eat so much of it. But now, there’s a way to get the wonderful benefits of cocoa without the fat and calories – CocoaWell supplements.
