Like all our FRESH for 2 meals, they will be ready to pick up from our chef-prepared area and take home to heat and enjoy. Don’t worry, we are still making your old favorites: Our meatloaf, pretzel-crusted tilapia, grilled salmon, chicken diablo and other popular choices will still be in regular rotation in the menu.
But, to spice things up a bit, we are introducing several new meals to the mix. Like all our FRESH for 2 meals, these provide a full meal for two diners for just $13.99. (Come on Tuesdays for a special deal – just $9.99!)
Here are some of the new meals you can look forward to this winter:
Falafel – This Middle Eastern specialty – deep-fried patties of seasoned, ground chickpeas – is served with all the traditional fixings: tabbouleh, tzatziki sauce, our house-made hummus, and fresh pita bread. Available today, Jan. 9, and again Monday, Jan. 16 and Wednesday, Feb. 8
Smoked Salmon Cakes – If you like crabcakes or salmon, then you’ll love this dish, which combines the two concepts. It’s a hearty but healthy choice, paired with Southwest red quinoa, garden salad with lemon roasted garlic vinaigrette, and our house-baked brioche rolls. Available this Wednesday, Jan. 11., and again Friday, Jan. 20 and Wednesday, Feb. 1.
Chicken & Tomato Curry – An Indian-accented curry is paired with healthy sauteed kale, coconut jasmine rice, and naan, the traditional flatbread of India. Available this Thursday, Jan. 12, and again Monday, Jan. 30 and Tuesday, Feb. 7.
Beef Enchiladas – Our chicken enchiladas have been so popular, we decided to add beef. The enchiladas are garnished with an ancho guajillo sauce, and served with the full deal: Spanish rice, borracho beans, tortilla chips, and fire-roasted salsa. Available Tuesday, Jan. 24 and Monday, Feb. 13.
Lasagna al Forno – Traditional cheesy baked lasagna, a meal in itself. It comes with a Caesar salad and our house-baked brioche rolls. Available Thursday, Jan. 26 and Sunday, Feb. 12.
