FRESH serves up 25 unique desserts and 35 varieties of cakes and pastries. And they all start out as scratch ingredients, like sugar, butter, flour and eggs. The end result is a dazzling display that is sure to tempt every sweet tooth in and around Tyler.

Some of our innovative offerings include banana mousse brownies, salted caramel delight and mango-avocado cheesecake. Our use of ganaches, glazes, and Italian buttercream icing are sure to thrill FRESH shoppers, too.  Especially since each is made fresh daily from the best ingredients available.

In addition to special orders, FRESH welcomes suggestions for desserts and sweet treats you would like to see in our pastry case. Of course, if you can’t make up your mind on which dessert to indulge in, our Freshologists will gladly make helpful suggestions. Just ask.
