Myste Snow, Selling & Marketing Manager

Myste Snow is a connoisseur of all things yummy.

“I’m always hungry. I never have a problem saving room for dessert and I’m not shy about getting a second helping. I’m also hungry to learn and share my knowledge about food.”

Myste has been in love with food for a while now. Her enthusiasm for yumminess developed early in life, while growing up in deep East Texas.

“I remember having a frank conversation with my first grade teacher and reviewing my planned menu for the imaginary tea party I was preparing for later that evening. Pretty soon, I was spending my days dreaming about my next meal!”

Trained on the job
Myste began working in restaurants in her teens, starting as a waitress and eventually working her way up to management. Along the way, she learned every aspect of the industry. Since 1993, she has gained valuable experience in the restaurant, resort, hotel, and country club venues. Her education at Stephen F. Austin State University included an internship at the Four Seasons Los Colinas; ski season working at Thunderbird Lodge in Taos, New Mexico; and a summer semester working abroad at Ireland’s McSwiggan’s Restaurant and Pub. After those valuable experiences, she was ready to continue on her path as a culinary explorer back here at home.

Myste brings her love of all food and a fine dining/events background to FRESH.
