BGC holds numerous retail and non-retail partner-performance contests each year, resulting in 15 partner-recognition events held throughout our market area. At the recognition events, partners throughout all banners are honored for their yearly achievements and can win fabulous prizes!

FRESH offers its partners one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry. Medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits are available to both full and part-time partners as well as partner assistance services for behavior and mental health. Other perks include access to BGC’s 205-acre outdoor recreation area on Lake Palestine, consideration for BGC’s scholarship program and participation in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan/401(k), which matches up to half of the first 4% of participant’s contributions.
